The Residence is open during the summer months
(June, July, August and September) for your students and organized groups from the study centers of Madrid.

During this period of time the Residence becomes Mixed.

During this period, the Residence will offer you multiple accommodation and food options to meet your needs.

Other stays
Parent Accommodation
Santa Ana offers the possibility for parents to share for a few days with their children the same experiences that they have within the Residence. For this, it also offers its accommodation services to parents during their stays in Madrid.

International students
The Residence has a limited number of places for international and Erasmus students. With this, La Residencia wants to create an environment in which its students can get to know other cultures and where they have the possibility of completing their knowledge by practicing other languages.

Other Accommodations
In addition to all the accommodation possibilities that we offer within the Residence, we also manage the rental of studios, apartments and shared flats, because we want to adapt to your needs.
